As a user of our services, you agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring that all goods and transactions comply with applicable import/export laws, regulations, and restrictions.

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. General payment conditions include:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other charges related to your transactions
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Additional charges may apply for expedited services, special handling, or services outside the scope of your agreement.

Atlas Gate's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Specifically:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties
• We are not liable for losses due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions
• Claims must be made within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the claim

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Atlas Gate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology platform
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

We understand the sensitive nature of international trade information and commit to maintaining confidentiality:

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees
• Immediately for illegal or fraudulent activities

Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will complete services already in progress unless termination is for cause
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
• You must return or destroy any confidential information
